Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ZiType. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZiType ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account using a valid email address to access the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Permitted Use

ZiType is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to convert voice to text, translate speech, and access AI-powered features on macOS devices you own or control.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass usage quotas or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access to the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

5. Subscription and Billing

ZiType offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts are limited to 100,000 tokens per month. Exceeding this limit will pause AI features until the next billing cycle. ZiType reserves the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

ZiType and all associated content, trademarks, and technology are owned by Henry4AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZiType and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@henry4ai.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the operator.
