Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ZiType. This policy describes when and how you can request a refund.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@henry4ai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your ZiType account
- Your Paddle order ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
- A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful)
We will process your refund within 5 business days. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the ZiType app or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current billing period (except under the 7-day guarantee above)
4. Ineligible Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase
- Renewal charges (monthly renewals after the first billing cycle)
- Accounts that have been suspended for Terms of Service violations
5. Exceptions
We review refund requests case by case. If you experience a technical issue that significantly impairs your use of ZiType and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund at our discretion even outside the 7-day window.
